Encarnación has three beautiful beaches on the clear waters of the Paraná River, to the delight and entertainment of residents and tourists.
San José beach, the busiest and epicenter of the loocal scene, is located on Avenida Costanera República del Paraguay and receives its name in honor of the old silo and flour mill found in the area, today preserved as historic buildings. It has several fast food shops, lifeguard service, soccer and beach volleyball fields, ATMs, tourist service booths, restrooms and permanent cleaning services. It is characterized by its inclusive model, which is in the process of being expanded, as it will include greater accessibility for people with disabilities, allowing them to reach the coastline and fully enjoy the water and the spectacular views that the imposing Paraná offers.

Mbói Ka’e beach, located in the homonymous neighborhood, is the second most important beach in Encarnación. Quieter and away from the maelstrom of the center, it is special to spend relaxing evenings with the family. It is equipped with toilets, lifeguards and cleaning staff. In addition, it is possible to enjoy its characteristic straw beach umbrellas or enjoy its restaurants while enjoying the view of the Paraná River and the city of Posadas.
San Isidro beach is the third most important, but no less attractive. It is located on Costanera Avenue to the west of the International Bridge, in the Pacú Cua neighborhood, bordering the San Isidro neighborhood.
Of the three, this is the one with the best views of the neighboring city of Posadas, as well as being the frequent venue for events and sports competitions.
